Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Customized or specially calibrated weighing equipment.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Software or accessories that have been unsealed.
- Products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchanges
